TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The B-PRO Kft. and B-PRO Bellators Sport- and Leisure Association require acceptance of the following terms for using their services and booking appointments.

1. GENERAL

1.1 By booking, our guests automatically accept these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 If someone books on behalf of others, it is their responsibility to inform the participants about these terms.
1.3 Bookings become final only after written confirmation (via email) from us.

2. BOOKINGS

2.1 When booking, accurate personal data must be provided.
2.2 Bookings can be freely modified or canceled via the booking platform or by email at office@bpro.solutions, up to 24 hours before the scheduled event.
2.3 Modifications are valid only with written confirmation.
2.4 Changes requested within 24 hours of the event cannot be guaranteed, and we reserve the right to proceed with the original booking.
2.5 If a booking is canceled or the participant fails to show up within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, the reservation fee will not be refunded.
2.6 Bookings will be automatically canceled if the participant is more than 15 minutes late, and the reservation fee will be retained.
2.7 Booking ID or name may be required upon arrival.
2.8 B-PRO reserves the right to modify the availability of weapons for maintenance or other reasons. In such cases, the booking may be canceled or alternative arrangements suggested, with prior notification.
2.9 These terms also apply to bookings made via phone or on-site.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

3.1 The prices for services are listed on the http://bpro.solutions/en/reservation/ website.
3.2 Online card payments and other payment methods are processed via the Barion system. Card and payment data are not accessible to the merchant. Barion Payment Zrt. is an institution supervised by the Hungarian National Bank, license number: H-EN-I-1064/2013.
3.3 A reservation fee of 9,000 HUF per person is mandatory and must be paid online via card.
3.4 If canceled at least 24 hours before the event, the reservation fee is non-refundable but can be converted into a transferable voucher valid for one year.
3.5 Prices include all costs related to shooting activities, such as safety equipment, range usage, weapon rental, ammunition, targets, and supervision.
3.6 We guarantee that confirmed prices will not change, and there are no hidden costs.

4. SAFETY

4.1 All services are used at the participant’s own risk.
4.2 The providers are not liable for injuries sustained on-site.
4.3 All visitors must accept the range rules, cooperate with staff, and behave responsibly.
4.4 Damages caused intentionally or due to misuse must be paid for on-site.
4.5 Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or exhibiting inappropriate behavior, may be excluded from the range.
4.6 Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.

5. AGE RESTRICTIONS

5.1 Services are available to minors from the age of 14 only if they are certified sport shooters.
5.2 Participants under the age of 18 require the presence and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

6.1 According to Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.), the right of withdrawal does not apply to bookings for leisure activities scheduled for a specific time.
